My Fax to TU - January 29, 2002

via fax to 214-....

RE: Christine Baker v. Trans Union, LLC, Case No. 801 2001 CV 1751 UN; In the Justice Court of Mohave County, Kingman, AZ.

Dear Ms. Stamps:

Thanks for sending my credit report. A few requests and questions:

1) I see that you verified on 11/2001 the collection account "Prof Recovery." I'd like you to get me the details on that verification: Who verified, when, how ....

As I'm looking at my 8/8/2001 dispute, I see that I already requested that info with my dispute. Is there a particular reason why this request was ignored?

2) There are numerous inquiries "TU Consumer Disclosure" I'm counting 11 from 9/27/2001 to 1/22/2002. On 1/22/2002 there are THREE. What's going on? Where are these consumer disclosures mailed to? I didn't receive anything except for your fax.

3) What's the address for Compass BankCard, the inquiry on 4/26/2001?

4) What kind of order are the account review inquiries listed in? 4/2001, 2/2000, 1/2001, 1/2000 -- doesn't make much sense to me.

It's just so nice of you to offer to call me back to save me long distance charges and yourself the time to provide me with written answers. However, I could never remember everything you tell me on the phone. Heck, if I hadn't WRITTEN my questions for you, I wouldn't be able to look up what I asked and am still awaiting answers to. I'm sorry, my brain isn't even close to what it would have to be to do this on the phone, write while I listen and talk ... my sincerest apologies! If I was THAT smart, I'd probably be an attorney.

Also, it would really help if you tried to catch up on your answers. There are still MANY questions left unanswered from my FIRST letter, and you didn't answer the questions in my previous letter yet. It would really help me out if you could answer my questions in order, notice those numbers I put in front of them? Would it be easier if I e-mailed you?

Since I didn't get the faxed credit report the first time, I just got a new number at 605-267-8000, want to be sure I don't miss your replies.

Sincerely,

Christine Baker
