My January 2, 2002
fax to Mr. Quinn, Fair, Isaac:
"Fair, Isaac is not going to score MY reports again. All
bureaus are advised not to use your fraudulent software on MY reports. I'm
looking forward to see how THAT plays out in court."

Thomas J. Quinn Director, Client Support Fair, Isaac
January 2, 2002
Dear Mr. Quinn:
This fax is in response
to your letter dated December 28, 2001.
I'm obviously VERY unhappy with
the many lines of "nothing" in your three page letter - what do you have against
trees?
You end your letter with:
"You may not necessarily agree
with this, and that is certainly your prerogative, but I need to inform you that
we well not engage in any further communications with you regarding
issues/questions you have related to the merits of credit scoring, our web-site
content, our customer care processes and procedures, credit bureau reporting
practices, or lender loan review policies."
Are you going to give THAT
response to legislators, attorneys and judges?
And, you'll certainly get
my detailed followup questions. You don't have to answer to ME, of course not,
I'm just an ordinary person with no rights all. Why would you answer to me
anyway? Did you ask me for permission to score my credit report?
Did I ask Fair, Isaac to score my credit reports?
You don't have
answers for me?
Fair, Isaac is not going to score MY reports again. All
bureaus are advised not to use your fraudulent software on MY reports. I'm
looking forward to see how THAT plays out in court.
You don't like me
and my questions?
My prediction for 2002: you will like me a lot less by
the end of this year.
Sincerely,
Christine Baker fax:
