Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc. and the Buckley Firm conspired to defraud Lynette and her family out of her home.

I know, that's pretty strong language.

Of course I have evidence substantiating these charges. I reviewed lots of documents and receipts, and should The Buckley Firm have a different opinion, I'd like to hear it.

Re: Your file # 20262 - (deleted) - RS 00-17595-DN

Ms. Tancas:

Mrs. (deleted) contacted me regarding her dispute over mortgage payments to Wells Fargo and impending foreclosure.  She supplied me with many receipts and statements indicating that Wells Fargo is foreclosing while in fact she made their payments.

Please either confirm or deny that the Well Fargo statement published at http://creditcourt.com/lynette/WF-site-2-8-02-loan-activity.shtml is authentic.  I'd also like you to review the cash receipts and other pertinent documents, such as the Buckley 8/6/2001 fax and Payment History, scanned for publication at creditcourt.com and linked at http://creditcourt.com/lynette/filelist.shtml.

Should I not hear from you, I will begin publicizing these web pages on Tuesday 2/12/2002 along with my complaints to HUD, the FDIC, the California AG (criminal fraud) and anyone else who could possibly have an interest in this matter.

I'm looking forward to add to creditcourt.com your explanation for this payment dispute and the discrepancies between the Buckley Payment History and the many payment receipts and statements submitted to me by Mrs. (deleted).

Also, a CURRENT Payment History and your itemized demand to cure the default by 2/28/2002 will be greatly appreciated.

My fax number is 605-267-8000 and you may also e-mail to me at christine@bayhouse.com.  I'm hoping that this payment dispute can be resolved before Tuesday.

Sincerely,

Christine Baker

2/12/2002: My call to Amie Tancas, Bankruptcy Department, Buckley Firm:

I called Ms. Tancas because her signature is on the Buckley 8/6/01 statement with all those missing payments.

She stated that she didn't get my fax, and that they don't handle foreclosures, only the bankruptcy matters. Loanstar at 972-419-1167 does the foreclosing.

I asked her about the payment discrepancies, that I had receipts for payments NOT disclosed on their 8/6/01 statement.

She didn't have the file, but had ordered it from storage as her client (Wells Fargo) had also requested it.

She also assured me that they ONLY know off payments as disclosed by their client, Wells Fargo. I agreed that they couldn't be responsible for payments they were not aware of.

She offered to call me once she got the file.

I called Loanstar at 972-419-1167: the file was closed in December, they have no info on it.

Re: (deleted) File No.: 20262

Dear Ms. Baker:

I am in receipt of your letter dated February 10, 2002, addressed to Amie Tancas in my office.

Unfortunately the demands for information cannot be satisfied by this office because:

a) it is not clear in your letter what capacity, representative or otherwise, you have assumed involving the (deleted);

b) we cannot discuss mortgage loans with third parties without written authorization from the borrower to do so -- I assume because you have not so indicated, that you are neither licensed to practice law in either this state or the state from which we received your communication;

c) since the borrowers are no longer in bankruptcy, our representation of the lender had ceased.

Sincerely,

THE BUCKLEY FIRM

Re: Your file # 20262 - (deleted) - RS 00-17595-DN

Dear Mr. Lo Bue:

I previously wrote:

"Please either confirm or deny that the Well Fargo statement published at http://creditcourt.com/lynette/WF-site-2-8-02-loan-activity.shtml is authentic.  I'd also like you to review the cash receipts and other pertinent documents, such as the Buckley 8/6/2001 fax and Payment History, scanned for publication at creditcourt.com and linked at http://creditcourt.com/lynette/filelist.shtml."

I'm not sure how to explain this more clearly.  I publish, and at this point I'm ready to add to my publication that the Buckley Firm and Wells Fargo conspired to defraud (deleted) out of their home. Just because you no longer represent Wells Fargo doesn't mean you're not guilty.

I am giving you once again the opportunity to deny the authenticity of the documents submitted to me by (deleted) for publication.

Should you not have internet access, I can fax to you the documents relating to the Buckley Firm.   I really wouldn't want to publish my assessment of your actions and file complaints with the Bar Association and the AG if the Buckley documents submitted to me are not authentic. Would you like me to fax the documents for your review?

You certainly don't HAVE to respond, it is merely my policy to give all involved parties the opportunity to review documents and to add their comments for publication.

Sincerely,

Christine Baker

2/13/2002:  So, isn't THAT interesting?

I'm accusing the Buckley Firm of conspiring to defraud Lynette and her family out of their home, and the Buckley Firm has no comment - just tells me not to contact them again.

Lynette DID send me her power of attorney, but at this point there's no need to submit it to the Buckley Firm, they don't have the file, so they claim.

Could they be shredding the evidence of the many calls and faxes of payment receipts by Lynette and her attorney?

Comments or suggestions?  Please post at the CreditCourt Forum.
